🔶 Đối tượng của Khóa Bồi dường Nghiệp vụ Đấu thầu cơ bản và Đấu thầu quang mạng gồm:
🔹 Các cán bộ trực tiếp tham gia hoạt động đấu thầu trong các cơ quan Nhà nước, các ban quản lý dự án, các Doanh nghiệp, các tổ chức tư vấn đấu thầu, các chủ đầu tư, bên mời thầu và các nhà thầu.
🔹 Các chuyên viên quản lý dự án, thành viên tổ chuyên gia đấu thầu của chủ đầu tư, người ký tờ trình, thẩm định, ký duyệt các báo cáo, quyết định duyệt hồ sơ mời thầu, hồ sơ yêu cầu, quyết định chỉ định thầu, kết quả đấu thầu,…các cá nhân làm công tác mua sắm hàng hóa, thuê tư vấn xây dựng, lựa chọn nhà thầu xây lắp công trình.
Chương trình bồi dưỡng chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ có nội dung như sau:
1. Khóa Bồi dường Nghiệp vụ Đấu thầu cơ bản:

Kết thúc khóa học học viên đủ điều kiện được cấp chứng chỉ Bồi dưỡng nghiệp vụ đấu thầu cơ bản.

🔹 Giới thiệu điểm mới thông tư 08/2022/TT-BKHĐT ngày 31/5/2022 của Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư quy định chi tiết việc cung cấp, đăng tải thông tin về đấu thầu và lựa chọn nhà thầu trên hệ thống mạng đấu thầu quốc gia.
🔹 Giới thiệu tổng quát về hệ thống đấu thầu qua mạng; đăng ký người dùng bên mời thầu, đăng ký kế hoạch lựa chọn nhà thầu và thông báo mời thầu, hồ sơ mời thầu.

Kết thúc khóa học học viên đủ điều kiện được cấp chứng chỉ Bồi dưỡng nghiệp vụ đấu thầu qua mạng.
