Căn cứ Quyết đinh số 4004/QÐ-ÐHM ngày 09/08/2021 về việc ban hành Quy chế đào tạo trình độ đại học tại Trường Ðại học Mở Hà Nội;
Căn cứ Quyết đinh 5005/QÐ-ÐHM ngày 29/12/2022 về việc ban hành Quy chế tuyển sinh trình độ đại hoc của Trường Ðại học Mở Hà Nội;
Căn cứ Ðề án tuyển sinh của Trường Ðại học Mở Hà Nội;
Trường Ðại học Mở Hà Nội phối hợp với Trung cấp Nghề Kỹ thuật và Nghiệp vụ Xây dựng Hà Nội đặt trạm tuyển sinh và đào tạo từ xa trình độ đại học theo phương thức đào tạo trực tuyến các ngành:

1. Ðối tượng tuyển sinh
✦ Người đã được công nhận tốt nghiệp trung học phổ thông (THPT) hoặc tương đương trở lên của Việt Nam.
✦ Nguời có bằng tốt nghiệp của nước ngoài phải được công nhận trình độ tương đương;
✦ Nguời đã có bằng tốt nghiệp trung cấp ngành nghề thuộc cùng nhóm ngành dự tuyển đã hoàn thành đủ yêu cầu khối luợng kiến thức văn hóa cấp THPT theo quy đinh.
2. Chỉ tiêu tuyển sinh: Thực hiên theo Ðề án tuyển sinh , Trường Ðại học Mở Hà Nội dừng tiếp nhận hồ sơ và xét tuyển khi tuyển sinh đủ chỉ tiêu.
3. Hình thức tuyển sinh:
✦ Xét tuyển theo hồ sơ, văn bằng;
✦ Nhận hồ sơ liên tục trong năm.
4. Hồ sơ đăng ký xét tuyển (hồ sơ đã nộp không trả lại)
❁ Thí sinh hoàn thành 02 bộ hồ sơ theo mẫu phát hành miễn phí, mỗi bộ gồm:
✦ Phiếu đăng ký xét tuyển có xác nhận của chính quyền đia phuơng hoặc cơ quan đang công tác;
✦ Bản sao công chứng văn bằng cao nhất đã có (tính đến bằng Đại học);
✧ Bằng tốt nghiệp tại các trường trong nước liên kết với nước ngoài hoặc các trường nước ngoài phải được xác nhận công nhận giá trị văn bằng của Cục QLCL – Bộ GD và ÐT hoặc Cơ quan nhà nước khác được phép công nhận giá trị văn bằng.
✧ Bằng tốt nghiệp trung cấp ngành nghề thuộc cùng nhóm ngành dự tuyển phải kèm bản sao bằng tốt nghiệp THPT hoặc bảng điểm có khối lượng kiến thức văn hóa cấp THPT theo quy định.
✦ Bản sao công chứng Thẻ căn cước công dân;
✦ Bản sao công chứng văn bằng Lý luận Chính trị (nếu có);
✦ 02 ảnh 3×4 ghi rõ họ tên, ngày sinh (không kể ảnh dán trên Phiếu đăng ký);
✦ Tải mẫu Phiếu đăng ký tại đây.
